Returns and cancellations
In the event that you are not entirely certified with the product you have purchased based on the size fit, defect, color, or change of mind
- You can return for a change / swap for a different product
- You can return for a refund
In the two above mentioned event the product must have been not used still on its original package and have its tag’s the invoice presented and must be resalable the return period on the above is 6 months guarantee.
In the event of a defect wear and tire within 3 month warranty the product will be evaluated for abuse and we will reaper the product or replace the product as to the manufacture advice / elect
The customer may pay for the return courier fee depending on the case
You can return the product to your nearest physical store at no delivery cost
When the courier company delivers your order you have the right to inspect your goods. If upon inspection you find that the item is damaged or is not the item you originally ordered it is not the product on the invoice, you can return the product. At your request the right goods will be replaced and redelivered to you at no extra cost. Alternatively you can cancel the order and get a refund.
If you change your mind and wish to return the goods you have bought online you can do so, this will be considered as change of mind You may be liable for the direct costs of returning the goods.
All returned Items are subject to inspection to ensure the items are suitable for a refund or an alternative action. The Company will, however, be entitled to recover from you the direct cost of the Products handling fees / transection fees.
Refunds will only be processed onto the payment method that was used when the order was created, and into the account it was paid from e.g. credit card, store card or EFT.
A refund can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details
As a valued customer, we shall at all times endeavor to provide you with the best customer service and ensure that all your rights in terms of the Consumer Protection Act are protected and you are fully certified.
Once payment has been confirmed, these products will be shipped to a delivery address stipulated by the purchaser.
Please note you have 30 days in which to query the contents of your order with us, after receipt.
If a Price that was once displayed has been fully covered and obscured by a second displayed price, that second price must be regarded as the displayed price.
Warranty and guarantee
6 month guarantee given that the product has not been used and is still in its original packaging and is resalable refund
3 month warranty in the event that the product is showing signs of wear and tire defect within the first 3 month the product will be evaluated for abuse and we will reaper the product or replace the product as the manufacture advice / elect
